How to Backup Your Blogger Blog

Via Lifehacker.com & Google Operating System -

All-things-Google site Google Operating System shows you how to back up a Blogger-hosted blog in just a few easy steps.

All you need to do is load your blog using the provided "search" URL, which displays the whole thing on a single, save-able page. If you have photos you want to save, you can download them in one fell swoop using the DownThemAll Firefox extension. The author also shows you how to save all your posts as an XML feed. Great little backup solution for anyone who's upgraded to the new version of Blogger.

---------------------------------

I saved all my posts as both MHT and XML. Used the Firefox plugin to save all my pics as well. Then I zipped them all up using Winrar.

Renamed the file from Zip to Xip and then e-mailed it to myself on Gmail. Using Google to backup Google. ;)
