AQIM Website Down - Again

It appears the "official" site of Al-Qaeda in Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) has been taken offline just a day after I blogged about it.

Did my blog containing the hosting information have anything to do with it going down?

Who knows...but my blog log was pretty interesting for today.







Looking back at the Internet Haganah post about the site in July, the hosting information was basically the same this time around....no real changes there.

With the website back down, I find myself questioning the general removal decision.

Is removing the site better than leaving it up?

Even if the website is pure propaganda...is it worth keeping up for the possible OSINT that is might leak?
