Via CBS 19 (Tyler, TX) -
A Wood County Grand Jury has reportedly issued subpoenas for several Smith County officials. The subpoenas are said to be related to possible purgery, in the so-called Mineola Swingers Club case.
Courthouse sources tell CBS 19 that subpoenas were issued for 241st District Judge Jack Skeen, Jr., Smith County Distirct Attorney Matt Bingham, Assistant Smith County D.A. Joe Murphy, Assistant Smith County D.A. Tiffany Wickel, and Smith County D.A. Investigator Todd Thoene.
