If you are running a Windows operating system, just cruise over to Microsoft Update and get updated.
The SANS Internet Storm Center has a good overview article on the bulletins released today.

---------------------------------

Adobe released Flash Player 10.0.42.34 & Air 1.5.3 today along with security bulletin APSB09-19. Adobe recommends users of Adobe Flash Player and users of Adobe AIR version update to the new versions.

Sadly, Adobe doesn't have an automatic update function, therefore you will need to update these products yourself. Use the Adobe Flash Version Test to check your current Flash player version.

If you are a Windows operating system user, then you can just grab the Flash Player 10.0.42.34 install files from Filehippo.com and cover both IE and Firefox...

Apple today released four software updates, one AirPort client update targeting Snow Leopard users and three firmware updates addressing optical disk drive noise on a number of the company's computers.
